We know now that seating is evil, so, if you do have to seat at work, make sure you don’t at home. It is so easy to eat healthy meals, and less expensive most of the times. It’s a win-win no-brainer. Routines are not necessarily always a bad thing, especially in respect to our bodies. Having a regular sleep schedule and eating habits seems to do wonders for our health.
